Job Description
We are looking for dedicated Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. Our company specializes in producing and packaging exterior caulk for commercial construction companies. This role involves working in a dynamic and physical environment to ensure our production processes are efficient and high-quality.
Responsibilities
Handling Finished Products: Dump finished products into buckets and palletize them once full.
Quality Assurance: Document quality checks after the product is pelletized.
Inventory Management: Keep track of the inventory of finished products.
Packaging: Place finished caulk into boxes and ensure they are properly labeled.
Team Collaboration: Work with the Production team to meet daily goals.
Essential Skills
Experience: At least 1 year of experience in heavy manufacturing/production or 1 year of construction/labor experience.
Physical Strength: Ability to lift and handle 40-50 lbs buckets.
Safety Compliance: Steel-toed shoes required; must be able to wear a respirator as needed.
Work Environment Adaptability: Ability to work in a physically demanding and dirty environment.

Work Environment
You will be working in a manufacturing facility that requires physical labor and handling of heavy materials. The work environment can be dirty and requires adherence to safety protocols, including being clean-shaven for respirator use. Shifts are 12 hours long, rotating every other week.
1st Shift: 5am-5:30pm, $23.00/hr
3rd Shift: 5:00pm to 5:30am, $25.00/hr
Opportunities for overtime
Initial training will be conducted from 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
