We're looking for an experienced certified Level III Penetrant Inspector to join our elite team of innovators shaping the next generation of aerospace technology.
Overview:
We’re seeking a highly skilled Level III Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) professional to implement and oversee NDT operations, provide technical guidance, and ensure compliance with industry standards across a variety of high-stakes projects.
Duties:
Implement, oversee and perform PT inspections in support of aerospace manufacturing operations
Develop and qualify NDT procedures in accordance with NAS-410 and aerospace customer specs
Lead training and internal certification of Level I & II technicians
Serve as primary technical interface for audits (e.g., NADCAP, OEMs, FAA, DERs)
Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to investigate anomalies and prevent recurrence
Supports mechanical inspection team as needed
Support audits and drive continuous improvement in NDT processes
Requirements / Qualifications:
ASNT or NAS-410 Level III certification in PT required
Aerospace NDT experience (NADCAP) preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant Level III NDT experience
Excellent technical writing and interpersonal communication skills
U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident status required
