HIRING POWDER COATERS IN DENVER, CO
Pay: $18.00hr - $22.00hr (based on experience/opportunity for advancement)
Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday with overtime
Location: Englewood, CO or Aurora, CO
Job Description:
-Prepare and powder paint a variety of surfaces, including steel, aluminum, and other metals.
-Apply protective powder coatings to items such as equipment and miscellaneous metalwork.
-Perform inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
-Clean up work areas and properly store and dispose of paint products.
-Operate various tools and equipment necessary for powder coating.
-Maintain records of coated parts and colors.
Qualifications:
-Powder coating and/or painting experience
-Production experience
-Attention to detail
-Ability to follow instructions
-Willingness to learn new processes
Work Environment:
-The successful candidate will be part of a small, dedicated team working in a shop environment.
-Most weeks involve 40-60 hours of work and team overtime is mandatory.
-The shop is an industrial space equipped with ovens and large machinery, which can get hot during the summer months.
