Key Responsibilities:
☑ Operate automated machinery.
☑ Pick, stage, load, repackage, put away, and transport orders accurately and efficiently.
☑ Read and interpret production labels, customer orders, work orders, and shipping orders.
☑ Move materials to designated areas and assist in maintaining organized storage spaces.
☑ Perform equipment maintenance tasks and work closely with team members.
☑ Maintain accurate labeling and documentation.
Qualifications:
☑ Preferred: High School Diploma or GED with 3+ months of warehouse-related experience.
☑ Preferred Skills: Mechanical and electrical maintenance.
☑ Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating procedures.
☑ Comfortable writing routine reports and correspondence.
☑ Experience using powered industrial equipment.
☑ Physical ability to regularly lift/move items up to 100 pounds and frequently up to 50 pounds.
Physical Demands:
☑ Regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling of objects.
☑ Occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
☑ Ability to observe surroundings and labels at both close and far distances.
