Job Summary:
We are a reputable and established roofing company seeking a skilled and reliable Roofing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in roof repair, maintenance, and installation for residential and/or commercial properties. Responsibilities:
Perform roof inspections, repairs, and installation methods
Identify roofing problems and determine appropriate solutions
Install roofing materials (shingles, tiles, metal, flat roofs, etc.)
Ensure all work meets local building codes and company standards
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Work in varying weather conditions and at heights
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
Qualifications:
Minimum [3] years of experience in roofing/roof repair
Strong knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and techniques
Ability to work safely on ladders, scaffolding, and rooftops
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
[Preferred] OSHA 10/30 certification
[Preferred] Experience with insurance claims or estimates
