Job Description:
AlgaeBarn is seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping Associate to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and take pride in ensuring customers receive their orders promptly and accurately, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Pack and ship customer orders with precision and care.
Unpack and stock items into appropriate inventory bins.
Assist in organizing, cleaning, and optimizing warehouse space.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
Operate production machinery and warehouse equipment safely.
Handle materials up to 50 lbs. repetitively and continuously throughout the shift.
Prepare products for shipping and ensure proper storage of raw materials.
Prepare cartons, jars, and any other packaging material.
Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE.
Perform other duties as assigned to support changing business needs.
Requirements:
Ability to read, write, and understand English, including identifying numbers.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and safely handle warehouse tasks.
Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
Adherence to safety protocols and ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
