Opportunity for a welder, MIG and TIG.
Taylor Tools is a manufacturer tools and machinery for the floor covering and commercial floor preparation markets. We fabricate products such as floor covering installation tools, ride on and walk-behind stripper machines, concrete surface preparation and testing equipment.
Position Summary: Employee will be welding assemblies using fixtures. Work will be performed at our facility in Denver (Montbello). Work hours: Monday-Friday, 7AM to 3:30PM
Demonstrated familiarity with welder concepts, practice and procedures.
Demonstrated knowledge of fabrication techniques with ability to execute.
Familiarity with welding equipment such as cutting torches, Mig, TIG, Stick Welders as well as weld safety.
Familiarity with Fabrication equipment such as saws, iron workers, drills, brake presses.
Ability to use judgment and experience to meet department goals.
Ability to read and understand blueprints including weld symbols and diagrams.
High School diploma or equivalent. Additional coursework in welding or related technology degree or certification a plus.
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
