COVA Tree is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join our hardworking and caring team. This (mostly) work from home position is central to our customer’s experience and requires strong communication, efficient organization and an overall helpful approach. The duties of this role include:
Respond to and resolve incoming requests (calls, emails, texts, etc.) regarding a variety of topics including customer estimate requests, scheduling, or other needs.
Document all communication with customers in their customer profile and escalate issues needing additional attention.
Assist team members when needed if/when they call you and delegate appropriately.
Support Sales by calling upon recently completed estimates or other outbound call needs.
Support the Director of Operations with tasks as needed.
Assist the owner by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling other executive assistant duties
Assist with Social Media Activities

- Previous experience with customer service as a receptionist, administrative assistant or similar.
- Basic computer/internet/software skills.
- Effective communication abilities with strong organization skills and the capacity to multitask.
- Experience including scheduling appointments and managing email correspondence.
Standard work week Monday to Friday, with flexibility for work/ life balance.
Supplemental Pay including tip share and bonuses.
