Small manufacturing company in Englewood (near Yale and Tejon) seeks administrative assistant / receptionist for immediate hire and training. Part time, 9 to 3 Monday thru Friday. Must have good telephone skills, basic computer knowledge, Word and Excel spreadsheets knowledge and experience a plus. You will assist with shipping, greeting customers, vendors, packing slips, organizing files, scanning incoming mail and general office work. Good organizational skills and positive attitude a must.
