Quick Lube Service is seeking a friendly and organized Auto Care Cashier/Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling transactions, and providing excellent customer service. This role involves interacting with customers, processing payments, answering phones, and performing general office duties to support the smooth operation of our auto care center.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop, answer inquiries about services, and direct them to the appropriate team members.
Cash Handling: Accurately process cash, credit, and debit card transactions for services and products.
Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and manage customer appointments using our booking system, ensuring efficient time management and customer satisfaction.
Phone Management: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns, or directing calls to the appropriate staff.
Invoicing and Record Keeping: Prepare and issue invoices to customers, maintain accurate records of services performed, and ensure all documentation is filed correctly.
Customer Service: Address customer complaints or issues in a calm and helpful manner, escalating to management when necessary.
Office Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining a clean and organized front office area.
Inventory Assistance: Help track and order office supplies, and maintain an inventory of necessary materials.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a cashier, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with basic office equipment.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
