Job Description:
Answer incoming claim calls, document all details on a case-by-case
basis, explain claims process to client. Work directly with the Claims Department, includes
daily training and support.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills with effective communication
Ability to actively listen to customer concerns and ask clarifying questions.
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Proven customer relationship and conflict resolution skills
Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and
external parties.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
Positive emotional resilience in an environment where you will be faced with
challenging calls daily, you must have the ability to rise past them while maintaining an optimistic attitude.
Organized in a demanding environment
Windows based computer program knowledge.
Education: High School or Equivalent

40-hour work week - Monday through Friday.
$21-23/hr. depending on experience
