Construction Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Project Coordinator supports the project team in planning, executing, and finalizing commercial construction projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and our internal team to ensure seamless communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, contracts, change orders, and meeting minutes.

Support procurement by helping prepare purchase orders and tracking material deliveries.

Prepare and distribute project-related correspondence, reports, and updates to the project team.

Maintain project filing system and ensure documentation is up to date and easily accessible.

Support our superintendents with the closeout process, including punch list tracking and compilation of closeout documents and O&M manuals.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in construction or project coordination, ideally in a commercial construction environment.

Position would be remote based with an occasional meeting in person.
