Part-Time Data Processing and General Office Duties
Are you detail-oriented and looking for a part-time opportunity? We’re a small business in Centennial, serving as a wholesale distributor to the professional beauty salon industry, and we’re looking to hire someone to help with invoicing, light data processing, and preparing important reports.

Position: Data Processing Assistant
Location: Centennial, CO (just off Arapahoe Road and Peoria)
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 12:00 PM - 4:30 PM (16 hours/week)
Pay: $20 per hour
What You’ll Be Doing:
QuickBooks Online data entry/invoicing
Preparing detailed reports for management
Ensuring accurate and timely task completion
Performing other administrative tasks as needed

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to stay on task and complete work in a timely manner
A willingness to learn and grow within the company
Basic computer skills (QuickBooks Online or similar data processing software is a bonus!)
A positive, can-do attitude and a passion for helping our business thrive
Prior computer experience is required and a willingness to learn is essential! This is a part-time role with the potential to become full-time for the right person.
