We need your help coordinating our efforts to help as many people as possible.
We do need someone sharp, friendly and detail-oriented, who enjoys being part of a FAST MOVING operation. Ideally you will bring admin skills such as: great phone skills, basic computer/online skills including Excel, Word, etc.
There is not a simple "box" to describe the position. We are looking for someone willing and able to pitch in at whatever level in whatever area required to facilitate taking care of our customers. This may include reaching out to people to update them on the progress of their repairs, meeting and greeting customers when they show up for their appointment, paperwork, filing, etc. We need a "get it handled" attitude to contribute whatever it takes to provide the best possible care for people and maintain our enviable track record. Our goal is always to create raving fans when people need help.
Please be aware the position does entail working in a down-to-earth, yet FAST PACED environment. (yes, I just said that again). You will be working with our reps, techs, team, customers, and vendors. You must be the "calm in the storm", providing over-the-top service to our guests and making sure things don't slip through the cracks. This is not a position where you will be sitting at a desk all day waiting for the phone to ring. Tons of people need our help right now, and you should be someone who loves keeping busy and interacting with people.
