We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Office Administrative Assistant - Level II to join our team. This position will provide vital administrative support to our office operations, assisting with a wide range of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning. Key Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties, including various daily data entry tasks, answering phones, and filing
Assist with the preparation of reports and documentation.
Manage multiple priorities and projects, often under tight deadlines.
Coordinate internal and external communications with a high level of professionalism.
Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy access to important documents.
Managing office schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, such as collections, billing, and account reconciliations
Participate in office-wide projects and assist with logistics.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of administrative experience or relevant office support experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines efficiently.
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in a construction industry
Bilingual in Spanish/English
Experience in QuickBooks
