Growing electrical contractor located in Englewood. (Hampden and Broadway) We are looking for full-time office assistant to join our team. This is a home based business right now with a shop and office in house. My living room is 100% my office.
No experience required.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of Quickbooks Online, Word and Excel are a plus.
Must be highly organized and be able to multitask effectively.
Must be able to type 45-50 wpm.
Work requires attention to detail.
Job Summary:
-Scheduling service calls.
-Work with our Virtual Assistant to complete processes for an operations manual.
-Apply for grants for our non-profit.
-Keeping insurance current.
-Making orders for suppliers.
-Data entry
-Filing/Organizing
-Answering incoming calls from clients or possible new clients, vendors, staff, and responding in a professional manner.
-Assisting in keeping office clean and organized
-Assisting office manager with multiple projects
- Pulling job permits when needed
-Creating customer profiles
-Assisting in outside errands when needed
Qualifications and Skills:
-Must be self-starting and love organization and setting up solutions that can be implemented
-Construction background is a plus
-Excellent customer service skills and pleasant telephone presence
-Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
-Ability to communicate with multiple levels
-Self-motivated
-Driven
-401k and insurance after 90 days
-Ability to advance
-Review for raises at 90, 180 and 365 days
-Company phone after probationary period
