We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This role offers flexible weekday shifts and requires weekend availability. The Assistant Cleaning Supervisor will support the Cleaning Supervisor in overseeing cleaning operations, managing the cleaning team, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and safety in our vacation rentals and properties.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist the Cleaning Supervisor in overseeing daily cleaning operations.
-Supervise, train, and support cleaning and laundry staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
-Completing Property Walkthroughs to Ensure Units are Guest Ready
-New Property Set-Ups, Deep Cleaning, Photography Staging
-Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
-Address any customer complaints or issues related to cleanliness.
-Prepare schedules and assign tasks to team members.
-Maintain records of Cleaners performance.
-Collaborate with the management team to improve service quality.
-Assist with reconciliations and administrative tasks.
-Manage tech stack around cleaning, including tracking and troubleshooting cleaning technology (Guesty, Breezeway, Google Calendar, Slack)
-Help source cost-effective wholesale supplies.
Schedule Requirements:
Weekend Shifts: Saturday and Sunday 7 AM to 3 PM. (Flexible)
Flexible Weekday Shifts: Two weekdays to work from 9 AM to 4 PM (Most likely Monday and Friday)

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in hospitality or management is a plus).
-Previous experience in a cleaning or housekeeping supervisory role.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
-Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
-Reliable, dedicated, and a strong work ethic.
-Proficiency in computer software (Guesty PMS, Breezeway) and managing a cleaning team’s tech stack.
-Must have a valid driver’s license, insurance, and a smartphone with GPS.
-Daily travel is required between properties in the Denver Metro and mountain towns.
