Addison Auto has a need for front desk receptionist in a collision car repair shop.
Prior experience not required but will be given preferential treatment.
Answer phones and greet in-person customers as part of our 4-6 person front office team.
Assist customers with booking estimates and repairs, connecting callers with the right personnel, helping coordinate delivery of finished product.
Ideal candidate has:
- great customer service skills
- phone skills
- exceptional note taking skills
- basic computer skills
- email, web based calendars, spreadsheet
- basic office life skills- coffee, supplies, etc
- some cash and credit card handling
Addison Auto has been repairing cars in South Denver for over 40 years. We have a large base of repeat and new customers needing car repair assistance.
Desired hours - Monday through Friday 730-530 (40 regular hours and 5 OT hours per week!)
No weekend work
