Position Overview:
As the first point of contact for our customers, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments
Maintain organized records and assist with basic administrative duties
Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure smooth workflow
Handle customer inquiries and follow up as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with basic computer programs and scheduling systems
Dependable, organized, and customer-service oriented
Automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
Full-time & Part-time availability
