Front Office & Showroom Receptionist/Office Assistant

This is a Classic Car Dealership with heavy Walk in Traffic.
Ideal Candidates will have the following qualities:
-Friendly person, Some car / sales knowledge is helpful, but not required.
-Effective communication skills over the phone, through email, social media, in person.
-Detail oriented and well organized.
-Good with handling multiple tasks from multiple people.
-Ability to work with a variety of different people & personalities.
-Basic Knowledge of Computers, Word & Excel.
-Positive Can-do-attitude.
-Have reliable Transportation.
-Professionalism and appropriate attire daily.
-High School Diploma or GED.
-Able to work as a member of a team.
Additional Info:
-Be able to work Mon-Fri 9 AM to 5 PM.
-Full Time position

Typical Tasks associated with this position are but not limited to:
-First point of contact for customers, transporters, vendors, Sales; Amazon, Fed Ex, Ups Post office, etc.
-Answering phones, directing calls / emails / relaying messages Via Text and Messaging system.
-Ordering supplies for office , showroom and shop
-Assisting with Transportation Manager- and Drivers at the front desk.
-Data Entry
-Customer Service
