Remote Outbound Caller (Part-Time) – Warm Leads + Auto-Dialer Experience
You will be working from your home
We’re hiring two remote outbound callers this week to work warm leads and set appointments. If you’re sharp on an auto-dialer and love turning “maybe later” into booked calls, you’ll fit right in.
Schedule (MST / Arizona time):
Mon–Fri: 4:00–8:00 PM
Sat–Sun: 12:00–4:00 PM
What you’ll do
Use our auto-dialer to call warm leads, follow a proven script, and transfer the calls to our appointment setters .
Log clean notes in our CRM and follow up on callbacks/texts.
Hit daily contact / talk-time / set-rate targets.
Must-haves
Hands-on auto-dialer experience (e.g., Five9, PhoneBurner, Convoso, GoHighLevel, Mojo, etc.). We use Phoneburner specifically
Comfortable calling warm leads and moving conversations to a clear next step.
PC or Mac computer (no tablets/phones) + reliable high-speed internet
Quiet workspace and strong communication skills in English.
Dependable and on time for the shifts above.
Nice-to-haves
CRM familiarity, appointment-setting or call-center background, SMS follow-ups, objection handling.
