DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Confirm order details with all parties involved.
Work with customer in a friendly professional manor either by phone, email or in person about products and services to take or enter orders, change orders, obtain detail of complaints. Provide solutions
Take orders, revise, confirm and make sure all orders are complete.
Schedule delivery and pick up of rental equipment
Work with dispatch on schedule conflicts
Working knowledge of rental equipment, how to use, set up, and restrictions
Learn warehouse procedure on pulling and returning equipment
Design inspiration tables, photo shoots for inspiration for an event occasionally, and add new content to the social media.
Keep design center clean and organized
Assists with related special projects as required.
Performs other duties as assigned by manager.
Proactively Communicate with office manager the ability to complete tasks in a timely manner, if help is needed and ability to help others complete work
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well as actions taken using programs, rocket books, paper tablets.
Determine charges for services requested, collect payments, arrange for billing
Escalate to office manager unresolved customer grievances for further investigation
Resolve customers’ billing complaints by performing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills
New customer credit applications must be approved by office manager, other wise the customer should pay before delivery
