A&A Fleet Services is a small business in Denver, CO. Our goal is to Provide the ability to work independently without supervision.
We're looking for a reliable and dependable individual who has at least one years of relevant automotive & mechanical knowledge/background. The right candidate for this position should have the capability of taking incoming phone calls, scheduling repairs, handling incoming customers that come in. This is the service advisor / service writer portion.
The driving portion is working with the driver currently here to bring vehicles back and forth between garages across the front range. Most of the time the vehicles are pickups or vans, but could include bucket trucks from time to time. (CDL is not required)
Previous experience with Holman is preferred, but not a necessity.
The ideal candidate is responsible, trustworthy and takes pride in their work. You must have a valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
Answer phone calls
Work with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs
Work with techs in the shop to determine what they need
Be able to formulate and type emails to business standards
Drive customer vehicles to and from garages
Communicate with customers and salespeople.
Maintain a clean work space and follow OSHA safety regulations.
