Responsibilities will include:
- Performing minor maintenance
- Maintaining the exterior grounds of office buildings, retail centers, and industrial properties
- Coordinating with outside vendors (e.g., towing companies, junk removal services) and overseeing the completion of their work
You will work closely with the property manager responsible for the property.
