We are a real estate investment advisory and brokerage firm with a residential rental portfolio that spans from Arvada to Englewood, with most of our properties centrally located in Denver. We are seeking a Broker Associate who has an active Colorado Real Estate license to join our group as a Leasing Specialist.
As a Leasing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be advertising and marketing available rentals in the MLS and online, fielding property inquiries, pre-screening applicants, and scheduling showings. Other responsibilities include facilitating rental applications and tenant screenings, drafting lease documents, coordinating lease signings, and file management.
We will teach you everything you need to know on how to be successful in this role. This an entry level position within our firm and presents a tremendous opportunity to augment your sales commissions with leasing commission. Many tenants in our database become buyers. This position requires you to park your license at our brokerage firm, and we offer very attractive sales commission splits depending on your experience.
Experience Required:
- At least 6-12 months working for a real estate brokerage full-time in or around Denver
- Proficient with REColorado and the MLS system
- Proficient with CTME Contracts
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Knowledgeable of the Denver metro area
- An understanding of real estate investments and analysis

Must have your own laptop with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point software
This is a full-time 1099 Independent Contractor commission position
Reliable transportation is required
Must have ability to work weekends as needed
