I have a real estate marketing company in Denver and I just landed a new property management account. We offer them wide angle real estate photos and a Matterport Virtual Tour. I need someone who has a Sony or Canon and a wide angle lens (16mm ideally) and a Matterport Pro2 or Pro3. I guess a Thetz1 or Insta360 camera could work.
Each job is $200 and they are all lockbox entry, so it is very flexible. Most of the buildings are normal, but some are in sketcher parts of town. Sometimes, we can't access rhe building because wrong information or someone at the company gave the wrong info. We pay if this happens. Also, looking for someone who ideally lives in the city that can hop around easily.
A few jobs might only be photos (rare) which the payout is $100.
