We are seeking a dedicated Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in supporting our real estate acquisition team. As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for various tasks including driving by properties, managing files, and actively pursuing leads. Key Responsibilities:
Property Evaluation:
-Conduct regular drive-bys of properties to assess their condition and neighborhood surroundings.
-Compile detailed notes and observations to provide valuable insights to the real estate team.
-Track down owners if properties are vacant by talking to neighbors and other avenues that will be provided.
File Management:
-Organize and maintain accurate and up-to-date property files.
-Assist in preparing necessary documents and paperwork for property transactions.
Lead Generation:
-Actively pursue leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking events, and referrals.
-Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential opportunities for property acquisition.
Communication:
-Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
-Provide timely updates to the real estate team on property status and lead progress.
Qualifications:
-Must have a valid drivers license
-Previous experience in real estate or a related field is not necessary.
-We are willing to train the right individual.
-Not afraid to talk to potential customers and create rapport.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Good at taking direction, coachable, competitive and an eagerness to learn and hard working.
We are looking for an individual that is open to learn different aspects of Real Estate. This is a part time position and might include a couple hours some nights or weekends.
