Requirements
State-issued real estate broker's license and relevant certifications
Knowledge of the local property market and familiarity with legal aspects of real estate transactions
Proven experience in real estate sales and customer service, with a track record of successfully closing deals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a portfolio of clients, as well as work collaboratively with a team of agents and other professionals
Proficiency in industry-specific software tools and applications (e.g. CTM, CRMs, MLS platforms)
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deals simultaneously
Outstanding attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and compliance
Experience with remote work and ability to adapt to a virtual work environment
