We are launching an All County® Property Management office, operating as All County Summit, and are seeking a licensed Real Estate Broker to qualify our business as required by Colorado law.
This is an ideal opportunity for a retired or semi-retired broker who still maintains an active license and is looking for a low-effort, flat-rate monthly arrangement.
What You’ll Do:
Qualify our office as the employing broker.
Review and sign off on monthly reconciliations.
No day-to-day management or sales involvement required.
What We Provide:
Flat monthly fee—no commission or active sales required.
Our insurance covers all activity, so you won’t need to provide your own E&O coverage.
We handle operations—you just support compliance and provide oversight.
Ideal Candidate:
Licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker.
Enjoys mentoring or sharing expertise, without the demands of a full-time role.
Comfortable with a hands-off arrangement, focused on compliance and oversight.
