Do you live and breathe Subarus? Are you a people person who's also a whiz with social media? Subie Recycler Inc. is looking for a high-energy Customer Service & Social Media Associate to be the friendly voice and face of our brand.
This isn't just a desk job—you'll be at the center of our customer universe, connecting with fellow Subaru enthusiasts and helping them find the parts they need to get their cars back on the road.
What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Engagement: Be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll answer phone calls, respond to texts, and help customers who walk in at our front counter.
Social Media Management: Monitor and respond to messages and comments across our social media platforms.
Online Sales: Post cars and parts for sale on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, Craigslist and our website.
Problem Solver: Help customers identify the parts they need and guide them through the buying process.
Who We're Looking For:
A "People Person": You must be a great communicator with a positive attitude. Bilingual is a big plus!
Car Knowledge: A solid understanding of cars is a must. Subaru specific knowledge and passion is a huge plus!
Social Media Guru: You know your way around Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
Multitasker: You can juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with Facebook Marketplace, Ebay, and e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce is a significant advantage.
