Higher Grade Recreational is looking for a full time team member!
Shifts are from 6:30 AM until 2:30 PM and a few 2:15 PM -10:15 PM including both weekend days
(flexible availability preferred as we sometimes need to make schedule changes)
Requirements:
*Possess valid support or key badge and remain compliant with working regulations for our industry
*AMAZING customer service - our customers are our everything!! Must enjoy talking to people!
This will include answering the phone and directing customers and vendors to what they need as well as greeting customers, vendors and checking documentation
*Be punctual! We do inventory every morning before we open and you will be part of that team.
*Reliability - we have a small staff and need our employees to show up for every scheduled shift
*Have reliable transportation
*No scheduling conflicts in the first 60 days
*Confidence in checking ID's and refusing service to anyone who doesn't qualify as well as keeping the facility and area around the facility secure while maintaining safety and OSHA compliance.
*Basic computer skills - we use Google Drive for everything as well as some app based tools and Microsoft Excel, updating weedmaps and online menus
*Basic math - cash handling and money counting as well as calculating discounts & percentages
*Ability to prep special items, pre-pack bud and roll joints (stuff cones) as well as willingness to be flexible and do different duties regularly when asked
*Cannabis Knowledge! Being rec we need someone able to answer or help find the answer to any customer question as well as guide an educating experience through the retail marijuana world.
*Physical strength - ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time, lift, carry and balance heavy boxes of up to 50 pounds or more with assistance, ability to stoop, bend and crouch regularly as well as have repetitive motion of hands, wrists and other parts of the body, must be able to talk, see and use a computer for 8 hours or more
*Personal Hygiene
*Store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, kitchen, taking out trash and other house maintenance
*Stay up to date with MED rules and requirements
*Ability to use and maintain our Point of sale system which will include scanning barcodes as well as complex buttons
**Willingness to work as a team! Communicating with managers and coworkers including day to day operations, issues with customers and employees, mis-sales and training requests
***ADILAS is our point of sale and experience with this system is highly preferred!
