Applicant will merchandise, stock, and order product for large building product retail stores in the Denver Metro area. Repetitive heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs. to shoulder height) on a daily basis is required. Previous experience involving building products, working in a retail atmosphere, and/or high volume product ordering is a plus. Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens (marijuana exempt), as well as background check. Position is Full Time, approx. 40hrs per week, Monday through Friday. Mileage program is included for travel. This position requires travel to 5-6 different stores each week. Starting pay is $22/hour plus car allowance/mileage reimbursement. This position offers paid vacation time after 180 days, medical/dental/vision insurance available, and a 401(k) program.
Duties Include:
Ordering, stocking, and merchandising product.
Processing store credits.
Ensuring the store is kept in a clean, neat, and presentable state, in terms of product appearance, cleanliness, and point of purchase material.
Developing good working relationships with all relevant store personnel and management.
Working closely with operations and administration, ensuring company standards and protocol are upheld at all times.
Completing special project work as required from time to time.
The nature of the work requires that the applicant is capable of heavy lifting to restock the stores.
A high level of attention to detail is required as is the ability to work quickly and diligently with little supervision.
The position calls for an individual who is self-motivated and who takes pride in consistently maintaining high work quality. Reliable vehicle required.
