Mid-sized Colorado wholesaler and grower of annuals, perennials and vegetables seeks experienced Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for a range of administrative and greenhouse duties to keep our wholesale greenhouse business running efficiently and professionally.
Operations Coordinator:
The primary function of this position is the effective assistance with the daily operations. A potential opportunity to assist in the greenhouses working with the plants is also available. You will perform a variety of duties both in the office and greenhouses, ideally with about 70% time spent in the office and 30% in the greenhouses/warehouses. This position provides great opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.
Required Education, Skills and Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree.
Excellent PC proficiency including extensive use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook and ability to learn use of new software.
Ability to work independently, efficiently and under time constraints.
Ability to communicate effectively with office staff, other employees and customers.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accurate data entry skills.
Organizational skills.
QuickBooks experience very helpful.
Plant (annuals, perennials and vegetables) knowledge very helpful, but not required.
Job Type: Full-time 8 am – 4:30 pm with seasonal Saturday mornings required.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer competitive pay, as well as a complete benefits package upon eligibility that includes insurance, retirement plans and paid time off. Salary range of $18 - $22 per hour and benefits negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
