Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Denver. This is an exciting opportunity with huge potential for growth. As a Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team to achieve our sales targets and contribute to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in both in-store and online channels.
- Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in retail or related industries.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $80,000, based on experience and skill level.
