Responsibilities:
Must be 18 years or older
Ensure accuracy of work and adherence to production and safety standards.
Remove case (s) of product from trucks and receive product into inventory.
Ensure accuracy of delivery and sign for received inventory. Must count product and verify all product is received
according to PO with no damage goods.
Remove case(s) of product from storage racks and load into bin locations, ensure you are rotating and verifying
product accuracy before placing product in bin locations.
Place overstock items safely on pallets, wrap product and restock in over stock racks.
Count inventory as needed for accuracy
Pull product according to pull sheets, ensure accuracy of pulling product
Assemble product for truck loading with labels all facing the same way for accuracy checking.
Assemble product on pallets, ensure accuracy of product and wrap product for large case deliveries.
Be able to use forklift/ pallet jack according to safety regulations to move large case quantities throughout
warehouse.
Ensure you are using safety precautions are being adhered to prevent injury to personnel and/or product.
Inform supervisor of any differences in case quantity and/or product descriptions
Wrap the pallet by circling load with roll of plastic wrap until secured
Product stocking according to warehouse policy
Always keep safety of personnel, products and equipment as the number 1 priority
Ensure the warehouse product is properly stocked, located in correct locations.
Other Duties as Assigned
Qualifications:
Must work effectively and safely at all times. Safety is number one in our environment.
Order selector/ order pulling experience in a productivity driven environment. Not required will train.
Be able to lift 40 plus pounds on a consistent basis
Have the ability to maintain a good Order Accuracy %
knowledge of how to operate a forklift and Pallet Jack a plus but not required
Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
Must read, write and speak English proficiently
Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Must be able to work in cold/hot temperatures
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
Be able to constantly stand, walk, ride, carry, twist, bend, balance, see, hear, push, sit, count, touch, reach, climb, pull and grip product and be able to handle paperwork. You will consistently be handling objects weighing from less than 20 lbs. to 60 plus lbs. Must be able to consistently meet the physical requirements, for 8 plus hours a day, Monday through Friday.
