Tier II Technical Support Representative

Job Title: Tier II Technical Support Representative
Pay Scale: $20.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience
We are a leading Telecommunications Provider in Colorado looking for new team members to grow with our company. This position is for a tech-savvy individual that would be responsible for providing technical assistance with internet service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls for sales, tech support and installation technician assistance
- Respond to email, support tickets and assist in billing related inquires
- Troubleshoot basic home network/internet issues (Windows, Mac and home routers like Netgear, Linksys, Eero, etc)
- Actively listen to and document the customer's needs and provide solutions to their questions and/or problems
- Monitor sensors to keep network in good health and prompt resolution of any issues
Skills Required:
- Windows and Mac OS
- Basic understanding of networks and wireless routers
- Must be able to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communications skills
