The technician will perform daily treatment routes of PHC services varying by season. Services include pesticide spraying, soil injections, trunk injections, and root excavations. Primary work consists of driving and operating a spray truck Monday-Friday 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
Completing daily production schedule
Communicating with customers and sales team to ensure customer expectations are met
Routine vehicle and equipment maintenance
PPE maintenance and inspection
Product inventory and application recordkeeping (daily data entry)
Strict compliance with all state and federal pesticide regulations (CDA, EPA, etc.).
Potential to work with tree trimming crew if weather does not permit spray truck operation
Minimum Requirements: Clean driving record and basic tree/plant species identification. Ideal candidates will have local plant ID and pest knowledge, ability to obtain CO Department of Agriculture Qualified Supervisor license within 6 months, and ISA Certified Arborist within one year from hire date. Experience preferred so we can get a jump-start on this year's production schedule.
Compensation:
$18 to $25 DOE
40 hour work week with guaranteed 8 hour pay for $1500+ daily crew production.
Overtime typically available, if needed – we believe weekends are for family and fun.

1% production bonus (paid bi-weekly).
