About the Role:
As a Buying Specialist, you'll be responsible for educating and guiding clients on the benefits of selling their precious metals. You'll build strong relationships with clients, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the continued success of our company.
Ideal Background:
Sales Experience: Proven success in sales roles, including (but not limited to): door-to-door, retail, restaurant, hospitality (hotel front desk), telemarketing, inside/outside sales, car sales, or technical sales.
Customer Focus: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.You're comfortable speaking with people from all backgrounds and building trust quickly.
Growth Mindset: A strong desire to learn and continuously improve your skills.
Results-Oriented: Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a drive to succeed.
