Job Description
We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-focused Event Security Staff to support concerts, festivals, corporate events, private functions, sporting events, and other live events. Event Security Officers are responsible for maintaining a safe, orderly, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, and performers.
Responsibilities
Monitor event spaces to ensure safety and security
Staff entrances, exits, and restricted areas
Perform bag checks and enforce event policies
Manage crowd control and de-escalation when needed
Assist guests with directions and general support
Document and report incidents accurately
Coordinate with event staff, supervisors, and emergency responders
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 (or 21 if required by local/state regulations)
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous security, event, or customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Certifications (Preferred / Required Depending on Assignment)
CPR / First Aid certification
Crowd management or event security training
