Job Posting: Account Manager for Service-Based Business – Flexible Part-Time Opportunity
We're seeking an experienced, motivated Account Manager to oversee accounts, identify trends, and help grow our business in the Denver area. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a background in account management, who’s comfortable working with spreadsheets and learning CRM tools like Pipedrive (experience is a plus, but not required). This is great for a person who can only work a few hours a day and wants to stay busy.
Responsibilities:
Manage existing accounts and develop creative ways to connect with clients (emailing, occasional calls, potential drop-offs)
Identify trends and opportunities to expand our customer base
Work with spreadsheets and CRM tools to track client interactions
Communicate with clients to foster strong relationships and stay top-of-mind
Requirements:
Self-starter with experience in account management or client services
Comfortable with spreadsheets and willing to learn new tools (experience with Pipedrive is helpful)
Flexible hours, with the option to work from home; our office is also located in Denver
Creative problem-solver and strong communicator
Reliable and detail-oriented
