We choose not to be direct repair for insurance companies but come highly recommended by various insurance companies. Repeat customers and having a 5-Star rating is our bread and butter. We are looking for an onsite Auto Collision Estimator.
Key Responsibilities:
Must be proficient with CCC One and a minimum of 2 years vehicle estimating.
Knowledge of insurance direct repair guidelines a plus.
I-CAR or ASE certifications are a plus.
To ensure appointment scheduling and high show rates.
Provide courteous customer service, accurate written estimates, and set realistic service expectations.
Manage interactions with vendors and insurance companies for timely and polite service.
Maintain a professional appearance and manner.
Monitor daily and weekly performance and review with the owner.
Promptly follow up on all telephone, service, and estimate appointments.
Ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle delivery to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
Team player in a structured repair planning environment.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
