This is a self-paced sales environment with a growing company. Car sales experience is helpful but not necessary. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in sales, customer service and business development. We work exclusively as buying advocates for our clients who are referred to us from the Companies where they work. Your duties are to assist your client with the purchase of any New or Pre-Owned automobile. Our consultative approach allows you to find the perfect automotive and finance solution that will fit your clients’ needs. Your successful sales process will entice your client to refer their friends, family and co-workers to contact you for their next vehicle purchase too. Check out reviews on Google.
● We have access to over 100,000 New and Pre-Owned vehicles available in our virtual inventory each week.
● We only work with the top of the line vendors and support personnel to insure a hassle free sales process.
● We have excellent customer reviews your prospects use to verify our company integrity.

Requirements:
● 2 plus years of successful sales, customer service or business development experience.
● Automotive sales experience helpful but not essential.
● Strong, self-driven attitude to earn unlimited income.
● Exceptional customer service skills in building solid long-term relationships.
● Professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to listen to client’s needs and create acceptable winning solutions
● Computer proficiency on basic common hardware and software platforms
● Internet proficiency and familiarization with multiple social media marketing strategies
● WINNING ATTITUDE!
● MUST have a 4 year clean driving record (minor moving violations acceptable)
● MUST be drug free
● MUST have clean criminal background
