I am seeking one or two highly motivated people who want to learn the business of commercial lending. I am a 25 year veteran of the industry and founded Ethos Business Capital to help small companies obtain the financing they need to grow their businesses. We have access to over 75 lending institutions nationwide and have a simple online application process which greatly simplifies the process of obtaining capital for these companies. Your job will be to contact businesses and generate leads which I will assist with closing, enabling you to learn while you earn a potentially substantial income.
The job is straight commission where you will earn between 30% and 50% of the profit on each deal depending on your production and the deal structure. I supply all leads and CRM software to get going and actively create new ads to generate business. This is a remote job with minimal supervision as I am here to help you, not babysit or engage in hand holding.
