Broker Relations and Marketing Rep-(Broomfield)
Xperia Credit Solutions is looking to hire a Broker Relations and Marketing Rep to join our sales team. We are a fast-growing consulting firm in the credit industry, and we are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented broker relations manager to help expand our growing business. We are located in the Interlocken business park in Broomfield Colorado.
You will be an essential part of the team. As a Broker Relations Manager, you will play a fundamental role in creating relationships with new and existing referral sources and building a revenue growth objective. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
Job duties include:
Connecting with new and current Mortgage Brokers in our network.
Actively and consistently contacting and managing referral sources (Mortgage Brokers, Realtors).
Develop relationships with existing and new referral sources.
Build and maintain a solid referral base of recurring business.
Develop and execute a monthly and quarterly sales plan.
Manage and maintain referral sources in a CRM.
Requirements:
Must be Self-motivated and extremely Goal-Oriented.
Must have ability to work full time, Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
1-year sales experience a plus.
The ability to use Microsoft Office Applications, and CRM software.
Able to speak Spanish a plus
Compensation: Salary: $36,000+ Bonus, with the opportunity to make substantial income (60K plus) is very attainable. Unlimited earnings potential. VERY LUCRATIVE BONUS STRUCTURE!
