Position Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) & Account Manager
Position Status: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: Commission-based with monthly quota, increasing commission percentage with higher sales

Position Summary:
The BDR & Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth through new business development and managing existing client relationships. This dual role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, closing deals, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through ongoing site visits and proactive account management.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the target markets (construction, light industrial, warehousing).
Develop and execute outreach strategies using HubSpot CRM.
Meet or exceed monthly sales revenue quotas.
Present Labor Depot’s services to prospective clients, tailoring pitches to address their specific labor needs.
Account Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients through regular site visits and communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to upsell additional services.
Performance Metrics:
Track and report on sales activities and performance against monthly revenue targets using HubSpot CRM.
Analyze client feedback and market trends to continuously improve sales strategies.
Position Requirements:
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the staffing or labor services industry.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot.
Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor, managing time and resources effectively.
Willingness to travel locally for client site visits.
