Job Description:

As a Roofing Contractor Property Manager at Falling Water Construction, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the roofing needs of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, structurally sound, and compliant with safety regulations. Your responsibilities will include:

-Conducting regular inspections of roofs across our properties to assess their condition, identify maintenance needs, and address any issues promptly.

-Developing and implementing comprehensive roofing maintenance plans, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance measures.

-Collaborating with roofing contractors and vendors to obtain competitive bids for roofing projects, negotiate contracts, and oversee the execution of work to ensure quality and adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

-Monitoring and managing roofing-related expenses, budgets, and invoicing processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and accountability.

-Maintaining accurate records of roofing inspections, maintenance activities, contractor communications, warranties, and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.

-Responding promptly to roofing-related emergencies, such as leaks, storm damage, or structural issues, and coordinating timely repairs or replacements to minimize disruptions and mitigate risks.

-Ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards pertaining to roofing systems, materials, and installation practices.

-Communicating effectively with property owners, tenants, and stakeholders to provide updates on roofing projects, address concerns, and facilitate resolution of issues in a professional and timely manner.

-Staying informed about advancements in roofing technology, materials, and best practices, and making recommendations for improvements or upgrades to enhance the performance and sustainability of roofing systems.

Qualifications:

-Must have 3 plus yrs experience in storm restoration management with documented claims available for review at interview.

-Proven experience in property management, construction project management, or roofing contracting, with a focus on commercial or residential properties.

-Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, installation techniques, and maintenance practices.

-Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders and build positive relationships.

-Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

-Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and quality service delivery.
