Energy Solutions of America is hiring a Full-Time Field Team Manager/Canvass Manager. We are a local family-owned company that has been in the home remodeling business for 15 years. The position requires a leader who can train, lead by example and help to grow our direct field team marketing division. This individual must be driven by personal growth, passionate about helping others to grow and reach their full potential, have the ability to lead from the front.
Job Responsibilities:
Hire talented individuals to join your team and provide them with the training and tools they
will need to succeed as Field Marketers/Canvassers.
Oversee all Field Marketers/Canvassers by hands on coaching to ensure every team member follows proper scripts and customer service guidelines.
Coordinate canvass logistics with the correct mapping of all designated territories, track all home
data using company software and apps, ensure all required permitting for company and team members is acquired, maintain adequate supplies of mail pieces/flyers, verify/validate all leads gathered and turned in from every shift.
Advise management of all daily leads, contacts and results related to the team and each individual.
Must Have Qualifications:
Ability to walk up to 2-4 miles per day.
High School Diploma. College degree preferred.
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent training and coaching skills.
Ability to work weekends.
Requires a verifiable minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing canvassers, direct face to face marketers.
Ability and willingness to travel with hotel stays is a must.
Compensation/Benefits:
Base Salary of $1000.00 per week ($52K Annual).
Team overrides of 1% on all good business for the month. (ie: $300K = $3,000).
Commissions of 1% - 3% of any personal appointments set/sold (good business only).
6 Holidays/Paid time off.
