Rapidly expanding franchise development and resales firm is seeking a Colorado based advisor to join our team. This is a work remote position which requires 10-20 hours per week.
What we do Similar to a real estate agent or a recruiter we work with those looking to purchase a franchise. We assist them in identifying and exploring potential opportunities that meet their criteria and goals while making a great fit in their target geographical market. Our firm currently works with over 150 different franchise brands covering a wide range of investment levels, ownership roles and industry verticals.
Consultants will be required to attend full initial web based training and to learn the brands we represent. This includes web research as well as discussions with our key contacts at each brand. While not required on occasion members of our team are invited to travel to meet with our brands in person at their corporate headquarters, all expenses paid.
This position is strictly commission only with commissions ranging from $3000 - $30,000+ per transaction with an average commission of $15,000. While hands on involvement during the sales process is limited, this is a long sales cycle with most placements taking 2-4 months from start to finish.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as 99% of what we do is via telephone
- Strong work ethic and determination to succeed
Warm leads are provided - there is no cold-calling involved although our top producers also focus on their own marketing and networking.
This role is available full or part-time, as your solo profession or as an add-on to your current line of work.
