POSITION: General Manager
MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS
5-10 years of Management Experience
Experience with Managing all aspects of home improvement including sales, production
You MUST be able to hire, train, and build teams
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Hire, train, and manage departments
Conduct weekly meetings
Grow our Sales division
Develop weekly/monthly & quarterly reports
EXPERIENCE:
Home Improvement Management Experience is a MUST!

You can sell and close contracts.
Must have a reliable vehicle.
Must be organized & technically proficient.
Must be comfortable climbing ladders and getting on roofs.
You can help homeowners through the insurance claims and repair process.
Must live in Colorado.
