Position Overview
We are seeking a driven sales professional to drive parts sales to existing and new customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and an aptitude and desire to build relationships with customers and contacts in the industry. Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate parts and solutions.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product compatibility and availability.
Attend industry events and trade shows as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in industrial sales.
Familiarity with mechanical systems, conveyors, or related equipment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Access.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to network and develop relationships with existing customers.
